Class Action
Class action lawsuits are usually used to deal with claims involving a group of people who have a common or shared injury against a person or company. A court must certify a case by determining that a class action will make the cost of the case more efficient than dealing with each case one by one.
Our network of attorneys have experience dealing with different class action cases, including consumer rights, wage and hour, product liability, antitrust, and other cases where companies have deceived others. Our shared goal is to ensure our clients are adequately compensated for their loss and the responsible party is held accountable for their actions.
